Brian is a graduate of UNC-Wilmington and carries a B.S. degree in Biology/Chemistry. He has worked in the pharmaceutical containment industry for more than 15 years and has been heavily involved in enclosure design and protocol development. Tim Cowher, Sales Director Tim is a sales management professional with a background in mechanical engineering and design. With a Mechanical Design degree from the P&C Institute of Design, Tim has played a key role in implementing many exposure control systems to a wide variety of pharmaceutical and bio-tech companies. He is an active member of the ISPE and AIHA societies and maintains his technical expertise with years of continuing education in mechanical engineering. Joe has been in the field of EHS monitoring since 1988, first with a distributor, then as a global product director for Industrial Scientific Corporation. In 1998 he founded ECT as a Manufacturing Representative organization dealing with Industrial Hygiene and Safety instrumentation.
